The following are the standard exclusions of the Motor Insurance Comprehensive Plan (Non-exhaustive):
Death or bodily injury to participants, drivers.
Death, bodily injury or damages that are due to the loading or unloading of the vehicle and/or cargo.
Any legal liability or expenses arising or relating to increase of carriage and/or excess of stress and/or if the carriage is not fixed well on the vehicle in a way breaching the law and/or its passengers at the time of exceeding the legal number permitted by law
Geographical areas outside the scope of this policy
Violations of traffic law, i.e. crossing the traffic signal’s red light or speeding
Undeclared and unaccepted accessories
Wear and tear (aging and consumption)
Other Exclusions of covering participant vehicle:
Any damage, loss or harm that may happen to the vehicle covered according to this policy or to be as a result of being:
The vehicle driven or being in its way to be driven or being possessed by another person except for its participant or the permitted driver added in the policy schedule. Terms and conditions apply. This exception is not applied in the case of loss or damage of the vehicle resulting from robbery
Used by a person less than the age stated in the policy schedule unless his name is added in the policy schedule. Different deductibles apply.
