Unified Policy

What is the Unified Policy?

Al Rajhi Takaful takes pride in offering high quality health takaful plans for you and your staff. With Al Rajhi Takaful taking care of your health, you can enjoy extra peace of mind. It offers you choice and flexibility to choose amongst four different plans. Health Plans offered by Al Rajhi Takaful are fully compliant with CCHI requirements. Al Rajhi Takaful covers health care through its network of hospitals, where you, your employees and their dependent family members will receive the most appropriate treatment, and it even has the systems in place to make the process simple and transparent. To provide that extra peace of mind, we will issue a personalised health card to each insured member. This card guarantees you hospital admission in one of our network hospitals at preferential rates. We offer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, medical helpline service to guide and assist you in case of any medical emergency.

  • What is the Unified Policy?

It’s a required health policy that is issued by the job owner. The policy covers all employees that are included by CCHI according to its decision number 103 on 6/7/2016.

The system allows the employees to issue a separate policy includes the family members (father, mother, sons …) as long as they have an insurance from their sponsor (the job owner).

  • Covers all the expenses of full-body check and treatments according to the conditions in the policy.

  • Covers the expenses of the admission (sleeping in hospitals). This also includes surgery and pregnancy.

  • Covers dental issues (gum and teeth).

  • Covers the expenses of seasonal shots. This also includes maternal and child health care.

  • Covers the expenses of extreme psychological issues.

  • Covers the expenses of infectious diseases that require quarantine in hospital by minister of health.

  • Covers the expenses of some cases like alzheimer, autism and people with disability.

  • Covers the expenses of heart issues.

  • Covers the expenses of national program of premature birth to prevent disability.

  • Covers the expenses of Organ transplantation.

  • Covers the expenses of returning “corpse” to his/her origin country (The country in the job contract).

  • Covers all the expenses of full-body check and treatments according to the conditions in the policy.

  • Full-body check, shots and preventive care that don’t need medical treatment written in the policy.

  • Free treatment that is taken by the one who has insurance.

  • Recreation programs and programs in social care place.

  • Any injury or disease that happens directly because of the person job.

  • Sexual diseases or infectious sexual diseases that occurs in different ways.

  • The expenses of HIV disease and similar to it.

  • The expenses of teeth implant or artificial teeth or braces except that occurs because of some sort of accidents.

  • Vision and hearing tests that don’t have prescription from the doctor.

  • The expenses of moving from one city to another city in the kingdom by using unauthorized vehicles to transfer sick people.

  • Hair loss cure or wigs.

  • Mental and psychological issues except the extreme ones.

  • Allergies tests except that relate to the treatment.

  • Means and actions that are taken to prevent or organize breeding. In addition to treatment of infertility.

  • Birth defect except the issues that may put the one in dangerous state.

  • Any extra expenses that are taken by the follower of the one who has the insurance during staying at the hospital except staying at the hospital for one follower. For instance, a mother wants to stay with her child for days (under 12 years) at the hospital.

  • Treatment of acnes or any treatment regarding obesity except those that are covered.

  • Organ implant or artificial organs that replace the location of any organ completely partly.

  • Personal risks (any practice that put the one who has the insurance in dangerous situations)

  • Alternative medicine and alternative treatment.

  • Prosthetic and artificial organs except those that need prescription according to CCHI.

  • Natural changes for women who have insurance as they get old (menstruation and period).
