The principle of Takaful Reflects in his modern social part, the concept of general cooperation and solidarity ordered by Islam; where the community up rise to support its members in the event of risks in order to achieve the interests of the whole society.
Therefore it is an application image of modern social Takaful, which an ordered came up by Shariah provisions to apply as general order to apply, and establishes the different applications and practices that achieved by the meaning of Takaful; the Almighty said: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.) (Surah Al maideh - verse 2), and in Hadith narrated by Bukhari and Muslim: (such as the believers in their mutual sympathy, mercy to each other are like the body, if one of its organs suffer and complains, the entire body responds with insomnia and fever).
The advantage of Islamic Takaful is on doing the basis of cooperation and collaboration in the sharing of the risks that affect participants; Every participant is covered up to his participation amount representing his sum insured paid to the Takaful fund or to the Takaful account and in case of deficit the company will not come back to the participant out from the usurious dealings.
