Property All Risks Insurance (mandatory cover)

This policy covers all physical loss, destruction or damage of the insured property, which may occur during the policy period, due to fire and allied perils including natural perils, like floods and earthquakes. Assets covered: buildings, plant and machinery, tools, instruments and accessories, furniture, fixtures and fittings, electrical installations, stock in trade.
Risks insured: fire and lightning, riots and strikes, earthquakes and explosions, acts of malicious intent, burglary by forcible means, loss of rent coverage, damage caused by enterprise vehicles, natural perils (flood, cyclone, windstorm, typhoon, hurricane, storm, and tempest), fall of aircraft or any other aerial device.
This policy covers all types of industry and trade groups, offices, service occupancies, households, and assets belonging to all sections of society, except warehouses and storage areas.​

Workers Injury Compensation and Employer’s Liability (In excess of the General Organization for Social Insurance)

This policy covers the employer against two main exposures arising out of injuries suffered by employees: It covers the employer's statutory liabilities under workers compensation laws for up to SR 1 million, while covering at the same time the liability arising out of employees' work-related injuries that do not fall under the workers compensation statute.

Fidelity Guarantee Insurance

This policy covers the employer against loss of money or property as a result of acts of fraud or dishonesty of any employee of the insured during the period of insurance, and during the uninterrupted continuance of employment of the said employee, and in connection with the occupation and duties of the said employees. The coverage limit amounts to SR 100,000 per person, with an aggregate limit of SR 2M during the policy period.
