    Your insurance card will be dispatched via “UPS” Courier Services within 7 days of receiving SMS confirming your approval. 

    In case you do not receive any SMS, we suggest you to check the statues with Fares System. 

    If you receive an approved SMS from Al Rajhi Takaful, your card should already be on the way. You will then receive SMS from “UPS” Courier to coordinate the delivery of your membership kit.
