New Motor Claim Service Center Location

 

Dear Customers,

Please be informed that our Riyadh Branch in Mazad will be closed and we are opening a brand new Motor Claims Service Center, located in Faisaliyah - Between Exit 17 and Exit 18 - Eastern Ring Branch Road (please check the map below for location), where we will be operating starting 6th November 2016 (6th Safar 1438).

 

Document required to register a claim

Insured vehicle (Comprehensive Policy)

  • Police/Najim Report (must show percentage of accident responsibility)
  • Accident sketch (for police report)
  • Copy of driver's license and vehicle license
  • Driving Mandate
  • If the accident responsibility is shared or 100% on the other party: bring 3 repair estimation from authorized workshop by Police and other party information or copy from his insurance policy if he has one

Death cases

  • Police/Najm report (must show percentage of accident responsibility)
  • Accident sketch (for police report)
  • Original copy of Court verdict
  • Original copy of death certificate
  • Original copy of deceased ID

Third Party damages

  • Police/Najm report (must show percentage of accident responsibility)
  • Accident sketch (for police report)
  • Copy of vehicle license
  • 4 sides pictures of the damages (if police who attend the accident)
  • Note: if compensation value is not mentioned in police report you must provide a 3 repair estimations from authorized workshop by police

Third Party property damages

  • Police/Najm report (must show percentage of accident responsibility + property damages)
  • Accident sketch (for police report)
  • Complete photos of the damages
  • Damages estimation
  • Proof of ownership of the damaged property (or authorization from owner)

Personal injuries

  • Police/Najm report (must show percentage of accident responsibility + injured parties)
  • Accident sketch (for police report)
  • Original copy of Court verdict
  • Original copy of injured ID

Theft - Flood - Burn

  • Theft: police report (stamped) of the theft incident + "change the address of report person to ART address" form (after 30 days from the incident)
  • Flood - Burn: Civil defense report of the incident
